Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email email@example.com for your return authorisation number.
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings.
All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.
Items must not be soiled.
All sale items have a No Returns policy
You cannot return items that have been made to order or customised for you.
Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.
Unfortunately are unable to refund your original shipping costs.
Where an alternative is required, we may be able to offer exchanges.
All items are quality checked before leaving our London fulfilment centre. If you receive an item that is faulty, please email our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days from the date you received it. Please include a photo and description of the fault.
We will arrange a replacement for you.
Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
