Shipping & Delivery

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please contact us via email if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.

Our daily cut off for all UK and international orders is 12pm. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. Please be aware that public holidays may effect your expected delivery date

Of Haides ships worldwide, however please be aware that we do not cover any local country sales taxes and the recipient of the parcel will be responsible for these. EU and International shipments may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country.

Shipping to the UK?

We offer Free Standard Delivery for orders over £50 to all UK mainland customers. For Free Standard Delivery please allow 3-4 working days to receive your order. We offer UK Next Day Express Delivery for £5.95, please submit order by 12pm. 

Shipping to Europe?

We offer Standard Delivery to all EU customers for £8, please allow 5 working days to receive your order. 

Worldwide Shipping?

We offer Standard Delivery to all Worldwide customers for £20, please allow 7-8 working days to receive your order. 

Delivery to PO Box addresses?

We are currently unable to deliver to PO box numbers.

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched and this is on your dispatch email.
